Dr. Alan Van was very patient while explaining the exams, he was full of compassion and empathy, I was so stressed and put me at ease. Michelle was so clear and polite explaining the insurance copay/payment and lenses prices. She has great communication skills and desire to help people. She helped me decide which glasses fit better!

Wonderful store and people. Michelle is the best and so, so helpful! The doctors and their staff next door are great! Target Optical makes it so easy for me to see year after year, thankfully.

After reading the reviews about Target Optical and how wonderful Michelle was, I went straight there to choose my new glasses. The reviews was dead RIGHT! The prices were reasonable, at first glance it looked like a small selection of frames but hidden cabinets opened up and endless possibilities are there. Michelle was there helping me pick out the right color and shape for my face shape. Btw, she is friendly and knowledgeable. She was a ton of help! My out of pocket expense was 1/2 of what it usually is when I buy glasses. I have a new eye glass store and a new friend named Michelle!

I bought a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses several years ago at target. Great fit and finish on lenses for boating. Target always gets it right and resolves any issues. The staff brings us back every time! We don’t get glasses anywhere else.

I have been going to Fair Lakes Target Optical for years. Michelle is truly the absolute best. I cannot recommend her enough. She really cares about the customer and it really shows. My family and I won’t go anywhere else.
